From 1994, KYLINK had passed the ISO 9001 Certification by the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI), Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan, R.O.C., in order to improve service quality to customer and enhance its competitiveness.

Under executing ISO each regulation & requirement, and through constant education & training, KYLINK was continuously awarded ISO 9001:2000 certificate by BSMI till now.

From 2000, KYLINK was devoted to migrate into Voice over IP field, successfully developed NIPX IP Hybrid PBX. In 2005 at Sporton International Inc. Lab, NIPX-128 IP Hybrid PBX was passed the test performed according to European Standard to get the CE Certificate.

In the future, KYLINK with all its staffs will indefatigably endeavor to strengthen its customer service quality all the way.
